In the Census 2021 questionnaire you are asked how you would describe your national identity.
You are asked to tick all that apply and to write in another nationality if yours (or one of yours) is not given as an option.
I will tick British and probably English; and I will definitely write in European!Will you write in European too, please?
Are you completing the Census 2021 form on behalf of all the people in your household?
If so they might well want to be described as European too.
Is someone else completing the form for your household?
Make sure that they know how you want to be described.
